2. Ethical Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Lawya, including Argü AI, complies with the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC).

3. Solicitor's Lien Logic

You acknowledge that the Inter-Firm Handover protocol respects Solicitor's Liens. Lawya acts as an immutable ledger for these professional obligations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lawya provides tools for legal practice but does not provide legal advice. All AI-generated transcription and research must be verified by a qualified practitioner.
